Frederic Massei
Frédéric Massei is a geologist with a Master’s degree in Mineral Raw Materials and a Master’s degree in Petroleum Geosciences from the Université de Lorraine, France, as well as a geological engineering diploma from the École Nationale Supérieure de Géologie de Nancy, France. From 2014 to 2016, he worked on gold exploration projects in Abitibi, including Triangle (future Mine El Dorado Québec) and Akasaba. He then joined the MRN, for whom he carried out mapping campaigns in the James Bay region in the Frotet-Evans Belt, the Renard Mine area, the Haute-Eastmain Belt and in the Grenville, north of Normandin. He joins our team in 2022 and is involved in prospecting and exploration projects for gold, base metals and lithium in the Abitibi, James Bay and Nunavik regions.
With extensive experience in a variety of geological environments on projects ranging from mapping to advanced drilling campaigns, Mr. Massei is up to any exploration challenge. A passionate field enthusiast, he stands out for his adaptability, dynamism, sense of teamwork and scientific curiosity.
