Patrice Rioux
Mr. Patrice Rioux completed his bachelor’s degree in geology at the Université du Québec à Chicoutimi in 2015. He is a member in good standing of the OGQ as a trainee geologist. As a student, he worked as a geological assistant for Virginia Mines in the summer of 2012 and Arianne Phosphate from 2013 to 2015. Following graduation, he worked in various consulting companies. The many projects on which he has been involved have given him a good experience in gold mineralization, base metals and industrial minerals (Ti, P, V, Li). In recent years, he has been involved mainly in the Sakami gold project in James Bay (Quebec Precious Metals), where he has participated extensively in the understanding and development of this gold deposit. Mr. Rioux was notably responsible for the drilling and exploration campaigns. He is also responsible for updating many gold showings on this property. Mr. Rioux stands out for his love of field work, his instinct for finding mineral indications and his rigor at work.
